Key elements encourage the harmonious blending of indoor outdoor space. The main roof is lifted open creating an illusion of space literally exploding open to bring the outdoors in. Atrium courtyard are located deep within the plans, bringing in natural light and providing cross-ventilation.

The light reflecting off the calm surface and the movement of the water induces a sense of tranquil amazement.

Ranging from 4,250 to 4,750 square feet these green conscious homes are situated on large lots. You will find these three car garage, highly upgraded homes with 4 & 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 & 5 1/2 bathrooms. Included in every home is a fully-appointed casita, Solar-tubes efficient skylights, custom cabinetry, commercial grade appliances, natural stone floors, shower surrounds and countertops, smart home wiring, 14-foot ceilings in the great room. The entire house has Zen type quiet settings. The Owners would be assured of living in a house in which natural light is an ever present element and in which, there are spaces whose form and proportions were intended to create a notion of well-being. Forms, materials and colors are chosen to distinguish the external volumes. The play of light and texture throughout the homes is inspired by the desert and its dynamic environment. At Seclude, we were able to achieve much of the Green Architecture that we preach, in to a real project. Using AAC blocks as predominant building material for construction, was not only highly insulating, non-combustible green material, but it is also made of 100% recycled content and 100% of the waste was directed for recycling, thus going cradle to cradle. AAC does not rot, warp, rust, corrode or decompose, and which creates a environment.

GREEN DESIGN
The focus of green design is for the project to work in harmony with the natural features and resources surrounding the site, and to use materials that are sustainably grown or recycled rather than new materials from non-renewable resources.

INDOOR ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY
When natural light, sound absorption, views to the outside, air quality, and thermal comfort are factored into interior design it significantly improves the quality of these spaces.
